Eximov Global Private Limited ('Eximov', 'we', 'us') operates a technology-enabled managed B2B cross-border healthcare sourcing and trade execution platform. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Eximov website and related services.
You may register as a Business Buyer, Business Organization, or Supply Partner. By registering you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete, that you are an authorized representative of the entity you register, and that you will keep your credentials confidential.
All accounts are created as Business Buyers by default. Supply Partners may apply for seller verification through Eximov's four-stage vetting process (document review, on-site factory audit, quality/GMP assessment, and escrow agreement). Verification status does not constitute a warranty of supplier performance.
Buyers may submit Requests for Quotation (RFQs). Sellers may respond with commercial quotes. A quote becomes binding only when accepted in writing by the buyer, at which point an order is confirmed. Eximov facilitates, coordinates, and manages the trade but does not guarantee outcomes.
Where escrow applies, funds are held pending agreed milestone conditions. Milestone release is subject to documented evidence and the terms agreed between buyer, seller, and Eximov.
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or misleading information, infringe third-party rights, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. Eximov may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
EXIMOV PROVIDES THE PLATFORM 'AS IS'. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXIMOV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR FROM ANY TRANSACTION CONDUCTED THROUGH IT.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be notified through the platform.
